S'mores Magnet

 

 

 

 

Materials:

2 squares tan craft foam 2 inch by 2 inch

1 rounded square brown craft foam 2 1/2 inch by 2 1/2 inch

1 piece white craft foam marshmallow shape 2 1/4 inch by 2 1/4 inch

2 pipe cleaners

1 small black pompom

Googly eyes

Black fine tip marker

pencil

pink or red chalk

magnet 1 1/2 inches by 1/2 inch

Tacky Glue

 

With your pencil, make dots on one piece of the tan craft foam so that it looks like a graham cracker.

Glue the marshmallow (white craft foam) on top of the chocolate (brown craft foam)

Glue the top graham cracker on top of the marshmallow.

Set aside to dry while you make the arms and legs.

To make the arms, cut a pipe cleaner in half.

Roll one end of the pipe cleaner into a circle shape for the hand.

To make legs, bend a pipe cleaner in half.

Roll both ends of the pipe cleaner into a circle shape to form the feet.

Glue the arms and legs to the bottom graham cracker piece.

Glue the bottom graham cracker to the back of the chocolate.

Let dry.

When dry, you can make the face of your S'mores magnet.

Glue the googly eyes onto the top graham cracker piece.

Glue the small pompom onto the graham cracker for a nose.

With the fine tip marker, draw a mouth for your S'mores.

Use the red or pink chalk to give your S'mores rosy cheeks.

Use your pencil to draw on eyebrows.

Glue the magnet to the bottom graham cracker and hang on the refrigerator.
