Sales from this shop benefit our authors and help us bring more quality stories, poems, and learning materials to the site for your enjoyment.
Orders are shipped within three days and are shipped using priority mail. Orders arrive two to three days after shipping.
Custom orders are available upon request. Please call customer service to place custom orders. Custom orders cannot be cancelled and must be paid prior to the creation. Allow an additional two weeks shipping for customized orders.
Orders are accepted via phone or website. Phone orders will receive an invoice to be paid prior to shipping the items desired. Website orders generate an automatic invoice.
Cancellations: If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, it must be done in the within 48 hours from the time of the order. After this, it will have probably already shipped and cancellation is not possible. After the first 48 hours, all sales are final.
Returns and Exchanges: If a product is damaged during shipment, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost. Please call customer service for items that need to be exchanged under this definition. Returns for other reasons are not possible at this time.
Refunds: Due to the nature of the products made and sold by Irish, no refunds are possible. All sales are final.
