About Irish's Bows and Books
Welcome to Irish's Bows and Books. Here, you'll find an assortment of handmade items you can purchase. All items in Bows and Books are handmade for you with love by Irish from start to finish. Each item is a one of a kind creation. It is impossible for me to make duplicate journals because of the nature of hand binding and unique cover designs. While I can create something similar, I cannot make an exact copy.
Books are created by hand and sewn together. Paper is acid free and high quality. Irish's books use fine parchment, antique laid, or greystone papers in 24 lb weight. Each one is cloth covered and hand painted using fine water colors or acrylics or sport an original design using other mediums.
Orders are usually shipped within a week and are shipped using priority mail. Orders arrive two to three days after shipping.
Custom orders are available upon request. Please call customer service to place custom orders. Custom orders cannot be cancelled and must be paid prior to the creation of the journal. Allow an additional two weeks shipping for customized orders.
Journals can be personalized. Please double check spelling of personalization when ordering. Your journal will be personalized exactly to your specifications. Personalized journals cannot be cancelled.
Orders are accepted via phone or website. Phone orders will receive an invoice to be paid prior to shipping the items desired. Website orders generate an automatic invoice.
Cancellations: If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, it must be done in the within 48 hours from the time of the order. After this, it will have probably already shipped and cancellation is not possible. After the first 48 hours, all sales are final.
Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of the products made and sold by Irish, no returns or exchanges are possible. All sales are final.
